All Service calls have a (2) hour minimum. Service Truck Labor is not warranted. Lamps are warranted for (30) days.
Transformers and ballast are warranted for (1) year.
Late charge of 1 1/2% per month on all past due accounts. Customer agrees to pay court costs and reasonable attorney fee incurred in the collect of account in default. Signature certifies that service work performed in a workmanlike manner and to your satisfaction.
